Middlebury College

Lilly Wurtz graduated with a degree in computer science and a 3.95 grade point average. She earned a spot on the CSC Academic All-America Second Team alongside her initial all-district laurel.

The Panther had a stellar senior campaign, securing a USTFCCCA Outdoor Second Team All-American nod in the discus at the NCAA Championships. At the NESCAC Championships during her senior campaign, Wurtz claimed the top spot in both the discus (45.55 meters) and shot put (12.74m). Her discus toss reset the program record by 1.83 meters. She is the first Middlebury field athlete to win two events at a single conference invite. Additionally, Wurtz secured the Division III New England Crown discus crown and was a five-time all-region selection across three events. 

Over her career, Wurtz earned nine USTFCCCA All-Region and three All-NESCAC honors. 

She secured five NESCAC All-Academic and two USTFCCCA All-Academic honors and was named a college scholar and dean’s list recipient.
