Fluke was named to the Capital One Academic All-American Third Team At-Large by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA). Fluke graduated in May of 2015 with a degree in economics and a 3.50 grade point average.

Named a First-Team Academic All-District recipient, Fluke was chosen as a CCM First-Team All-American by the American Hockey Coaches Association (AHCA). She was also the New England Hockey Writers Association's (NEWHA) Division II-III Women's Player of the Year and the NESCAC Player of the Year.

In 28 games played during her senior year, the conference's top scorer accumulated team-best totals of 20 goals and 24 assists for 44 points, including a five-point output (2-3-5) during a 7-2 road victory on November 23, 2014 over Trinity. On January 30, 2015, Fluke recorded her 100th career point in a home league win over Hamilton and finished her career with 115 (54-61-115). A few days earlier, she tallied a four-point game, including her second career hat trick, in a 7-1 win over Potsdam State. Her 1.57 points per game placed her in a tie for fifth nationally, while her 23 assists are tied for sixth.

In 16 conference games during the winter of 2014-15, Fluke led all players in points (30), assists (19) and was tied for the league lead in goals (11), while producing 10 multi-point games versus league foes. In Middlebury's NESCAC Quarterfinal victory on February 28, 2015, the longest game in the tournament's history, Fluke scored the game-winning tally at 126:35, propelling the Panthers into the conference's semifinal round. She was a key part of the Middlebury power-play unit, tied atop the conference ranks with 14 points on seven goals and seven assists when the Panthers had the extra attacker.
