Molly Harrison, a computer science and economics major, earned a spot on the CSC Academic All-America Volleyball Third Team. She became the first volleyball player in program history to earn the accolade and her initial CSC Academic All-District award.

The right outside hitter was a key contributor to the Panthers' sixth NESCAC Championship and first NCAA Regional Final appearance since 2011. She joined Hall of Famer Leslie Edwards (2000) and Jane Handel (2010) as the third player named NESCAC Player of the Year alongside her second-consecutive first-team honor. Harrison was named the second American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) All-American in program history and an All-Region First-Team selection for the second-straight campaign.

Being one of three players to appear in all 112 sets, she led the conference with 482 kills and 3.82 kills per set. Both of those marks are second all-time in a single season. Harrison also put together 48 kills, 59 digs, nine blocks and four service aces over a three-game span to lead Middlebury to its sixth conference championship. She was named to the Juniata Region all-tournament team, tallying 48 kills, 35 digs and five blocks over three matches.

Harrison was named a NESCAC All-Academic honoree for the first time in 2024.
