Hall of Fame
Emily Quizon, a member of the Class of 2006, helped women’s ice hockey achieve national prominence in the early 2000s.
Quizon was the 2006 ACHA Division III Player of the Year and was a three-time All-American. She was tabbed the NESCAC Player of the Year twice and earned All-NESCAC First Team honors on three occasions.
A captain in her senior year, she helped Middlebury set a program record 27 wins, which is still tied for the most in history. Quizon also helped the program set a mark with a 24-game winning streak, a record that stood for 16 years. She led the squad to three straight NCAA titles (2004, 2005, 2006) and three NESCAC Championships (2003, 2005, 2006), while finishing as conference runner-up in 2004.
Quizon is tied for second in single-season assists (38) and third in single-season points (58), which both still rank in the all-time top-10 spots in Division III. On the career record list, Quizon is third in assists (107) and fifth in points (171).
