Laura Strom represented the Middlebury women's track & field team in the high jump competition during the second day of the 2014 NCAA Outdoor Championships hosted by Ohio Wesleyan in Delaware, Ohio. The third and final day of competition will take place on Saturday at Selby Stadium as Lauren Pincus will participate in the women's javelin competition beginning at noon.

In the women's high jump final, Strom cleared the bar during her first two heights of 5'1" and 5'3", respectively. Looking to move the bar up, she knocked it down all three approaches at 5'5", tying Maddie Smith of Redlands for 15th place.
