The Middlebury women's track and field team sported the third-highest grade point average (GPA) in Division III to secure United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Academic Team honors. Additionally, 18 individual student-athletes secured all-academic accolades from the organization.

Middlebury had 18 student-athletes recognized for their work in the classroom and competition. Recent graduates Katie Bruno, Lily Bulczynski, Mary Elliot, Olive Lawrence, Lucy Pollitt, Emily Rubio, Melissa White, Lilly Wurtz and rising seniors Emma Mills, Ella Pate and Caroline VanSchaick secured the accolade. Rising juniors Naomi Atwood, MK Cestaro, Shea Fajen and sophomores Lily Haskins-Vaughan, Annelise Jensen and Claire Palmer closed out the Panther honorees. 

To earn the award, each competitor must maintain a 3.30 grade point average (GPA) and be among the top 50 in individual events or part of a relay squad that ranks in the top 35 according to TFRRS. Additionally, those who competed at both NCAA Championships are eligible for recognition. 

The Panthers secured a cumulative GPA of 3.81, finishing behind Smith College (3.87) and Pomona-Pitzer College (3.82). Also joining the navy and white were conference foes Wesleyan University (seventh - 3.77) and Bowdoin College (T10th - 3.74). It marks the ninth consecutive campaign that the Panthers have earned a top-five placing in the country.
