Just under eight minutes later, she was on the receiving end on an Instrum pass. Instrum dribbled down the left side, reverse pivoted, and sent a hard pass to the stick of Schulman, who put it home at the 47:43 mark.
Trailing 5-0, Tufts got on the board during a penalty corner when Dakota Sikes-Kelip rocketed a shot from just inside the arc. Dominique Zarrella redirected the shot into the back of the Panther goal at 61:39.
Just 37 seconds later, Hollis Perticone completed the Middlebury scoring with her fifth goal of the season. Josie Trichka worked her way down the right side of the field, and smacked a pinpoint pass to Perticone, who scored in front of a wide-open cage.
