The Middlebury field hockey team has enjoyed tremendous success recently, including eight NCAA Championships (2015, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024) in the last nine seasons. The Panthers have won nine NCAA titles in 25 tournament appearances, advancing to the championship game on 13 occasions. Middlebury became the first program to win four straight national titles (2021) and won a fifth consecutive crown in 2022 before claiming its sixth and seventh championships in a row during the 2023 and 2024 campaigns.
The Panthers have won 10 NESCAC Championships, including six consecutive titles from 2017 to 2023, and have participated in the conference’s title game 15 times. The team has produced 60 All-Americans since 1991.
