The Panther track and field team hosted the Middlebury Invitational on Tuesday, a meet rescheduled from last Saturday due to rain. The meet was cut short due to storms in the area, but several Panthers did emerge with wins.
Annie Rowell earned a win in the 100 with a time of 13.10, Juliet Ryan-Davis captured the 200 in 26.29, while Grace Close was a winner in the 400 in 1:01.79. Also earning wins for the women were Kaitlyn Saldanha (800-2:15.45), Katie Rominger (1500-4:52.09), Mia Martinez (100H-15.14), Grace Doering (HJ-5'1.75”), Emily Dodge (LJ-17'4”) and Dana Tripp in the hammer (120'6”).
On the men's side, Jason McCallum won the 100 (11.27), Cooper Kersey captured the 800 (1:59.50), Wilder Schaaf was a winner in the 1500 (4:03.19), while Peter Hetzler took home the 400 hurdles (56.28).
