Saldanha Earns All-American Honors - Panthers Compete At NCAA's

Middlebury College women's track athlete Kaitlynn Saldanha has earned All-American honors at the NCAA Track & Field Championships hosted by Marietta College in Ohio. After earning the same honor in indoor track this winter, the sophomore repeated the feat by placing eighth in the 800 with a time of 2:18.53. Saldanha broke the Middlebury school record during her qualifying run, finishing with a time of 2:11.82.

Rebecca Fanning also competed in the 800, earning a time of 2:13.32 in her time trial. Margo Cramer ran the 1500 in 4:38.97 and Alice Wisener ran the 400 hurdles in 53.44. Each finished 14th in their event and did not qualify for the finals, but both earned their second best time of the season. Kelley Coughlan earned a 37'1.25" leap in the triple jump, but did not qualify for the finals.
