The University of Vermont Carnival is complete with Middlebury earning a fourth-place finish overall. Dartmouth won the carnival with 972 points, followed by Vermont (912), New Hampshire (723) and the Panthers (669). The slalom races were contested at the Main Street Race Course at the Stowe Mountain Resort.
Caroline Bartlett picked up another top-10 finish, placing ninth overall in the slalom with a time of 2:02.07. A few spots back in 12th was Katy Greene with a time of 2:02.54, while Elle Gilbert had a tough second run to finish in 38th place (3:12.62).
Colin Hayes led the men for the second-straight day, tying for seventh overall with a time of 1:52.13. Just behind him with a top-10 finish was Ghassan Gedeon Achi, who placed ninth in 1:52.46. Christoph Niederhauser was the team's third scorer, crossing the line in 1:56.48 for 18th place overall.
