Middlebury finished fourth overall among 11 teams competing at the 2013 NESCAC Women's Swimming & Diving Championships hosted by Bowdoin. Amherst (1,972) won the title, followed by Williams (1,909), Tufts (1,017) and Middlebury (1,006).

On day one, Jamie Hillas took home the NESCAC title in the 50 breaststroke, finishing the event with a time of 29.82. Megan Griffin earned a fourth place finish (25.79) in the 50 fly, while Colleen Harper earned 406.20 points to place fourth in the one-meter diving event. Placing fifth in the 50 backstroke was Andrea Tibbetts (27.13), while Courtney Haron was eighth (5:04.21) in the 500 free, an NCAA "B" cut.

Middlebury placed third in the 400 medley relay, as Tibbetts, Hillas, Haron and Maddy Berkman earned a time of 3:51.98, earning an NCAA "B" cut. Hillas, Haron, Lydia Carpenter and Nora Daly combined for a fourth place finish (1:36.61) in the 200 free relay.

On the second day, Middlebury earned three more NCAA "B" cuts. The 200 medley relay team of Tibbetts, Hillas, Haron and Megan Griffin accomplished the feat with a third place finish in 1:45.95. Also earning a "B" cut were Haron in the 200 free (1:53.41-4th) and Hillas in the 100 breaststroke (1:05.32-2nd). Tibbetts earned a top eight finish with a time of 59.23 in the 100 backstroke.

On the third and final day, Cece Burkey, Daly, L. Carpenter and Ann Carpenter finished fifth in the 400 free relay, earning an NCAA "B" cut with a time of 3:32.12. In three-meter diving, Harper came in fifth overall with 400 points, followed by Hannah King in sixth (385.80).

Two Panthers earned "B" cuts, both placing ninth in their respective events. Hillas did so in the 200 breaststroke with a time of 2:24.06, while Berkman came in with a time of 2:08.34 in the 200 fly.
