The Panther women's tennis team earned a 9-0 win over #20 Rochester in an indoor match played on Saturday. Middlebury entered the match ranked 12th nationally, having little trouble in doubles play, dropping just four games.

In singles play, junior Victoria Aiello (Milton, Mass.), who was ranked 16th at the end of 2010, picked up a 7-6 (5), 7-5 win over #17 Lia Weiner of Rochester. Sophomore Leah Kepping (Northport, N.Y.) and junior Sally Wilkey (Vero Beach, Fla.) both dropped the first set at #2 and #3 respectively, before battling back to pick up three-set wins.
