The #12 Middlebury women's tennis team saw its 2025-26 campaign conclude at the NCAA Individual Championships hosted by Sewanee - The University of the South.

HIGHLIGHTS

• Elsie Van Wieren represented the navy and white, matching up with Babson's Matia Cristiani in the quarterfinals.
• The Panther, who entered the tournament as the eighth seed, battled the top-ranked Beaver, but fell in straight sets by tallies of 6-3, 6-3.

NOTES

• Van Wieren concludes her second campaign with a team-high 25 victories.
• Her win total is the fourth-most wins in a season since 2015-16.
• She is the second Panther in the last four seasons to reach the national quarterfinals.
