The top-ranked Middlebury field hockey team had six different players score a goal and the defense didn't allow St. John Fisher to record a single shot during a 9-0 victory. The contest was the first played by the Panthers on the recently-renovated Peter Kohn Field.  
 
HIGHLIGHTS

• Amy Griffin recorded the first goal as part of a penalty corner, ripping a shot inside the post on a pass by Sadie LeStage with 3:32 elapsed. 
• Goals by Grace Murphy and Lilly Branka along with Griffin's trio gave the Panthers a 5-0 advantage.
• Hanna Medwar gave the Panthers a 6-0 advantage 2:39 into the second quarter, tucking a shot inside the right post.
• Sarah Bona made it a 7-0 score, one-timing a pass into the left side of the goal 49 seconds later for her first career tally. 
• Grace Keefe gave the Panthers an 8-0 lead 3:33 before halftime, slipping a shot into the cage for her second goal of the season.
• Bona concluded the scoring with 9:45 gone in the third period, tapping in a pass on the left post for the final 9-0 score. 

 NOTES

• Griffin's hat trick is the first of her career and the six points in the game are also a career single-game best.
• Griffin leads the NESCAC with 26 points (10G, 6A), while her 10 goals are tied for first. She has recorded at least one point in five-consecutive games.
• The Panthers increased their home winning streak to 48 straight with the triumph.
• Middlebury recorded its 39th-straight overall win, continuing to add to its program record.
• Middlebury has won each of the three meetings with the Cardinals.
