Levins Places 18th Overall at NCAA Championships

Chloe Levins finished in a tie for 18th place among 131 golfers at the 2019 NCAA Women's Golf Championships. The event was hosted by the Bay Oaks Country Club in Houston, Texas.

Levins improved her place for the third-straight day, moving up from 29th on day one. She started on the back nine on Friday, earning a birdie on 16 and pars on 10 and 11 for a 41. On the front nine, Levins birdied back-to-back holes on the par-3 third and par-4 fourth holes, before parring holes 5-8. She finished with a bogey on nine for a 35 and an overall score of 76. Levins shot a +22, 310 (78, 76, 80, 76) over the four-day event.

N.Y.U won the NCAA title with a 1,217, followed by Williams (1,222) and Methodist (1,232). Cordelia Chan of Williams won the individual title with a three-day total of 296 (75-75-74-72).
