The Middlebury women's golf team wrapped up its fall season at the Ann S. Batchelder Invitational hosted by Wellesley College. The Panthers placed third in the nine-team field, taking 18 strokes off their day one score with a 319 on day two, finishing with a 656. Williams won the event with a 624, followed by NYU (538). Action took place as the par 72, 5,860-yard Nehoiden Golf Club.
Hope Matthews led Middlebury at the tourney, placing eighth overall with a two-day total of 160 (78-82). Next for the Panthers was Theodora Yoch, who tied for 12th place with a 164 (85-79). Jordan Glatt and Michelle Peng finished in a tie for 16th place at the event, both shooting a 166. Glatt shot an 85 and an 81, while Peng came back from an 89 on day with a 77 on Sunday. Rounding out the team's scorers was Sarah Breckinridge, who shot a 191 (98-93) to place 35th overall.
