Ben Rudin scored 11 of his game-high 14 points in the first half, leading 25^th ranked Middlebury College (15-2, 3-0) to a 69-50 NESCAC victory at Connecticut College (9-7, 0-3) Friday night. It was a school-record 11th straight win for the surging Panthers, who held a 39-28 advantage on the backboards in the victory. Tim Edwards chipped in with nine points and nine rebounds for the visitors, while Andrew Locke added eight points, eight rebounds and five blocks.

Ulises Veras finished with 13 points and seven rebounds for Connecticut College. Shavar Bernier tallied 11 points and six rebounds for the Camels, who will host Williams Saturday afternoon at 3:00 p.m.

Rudin buried a three-pointer with 13:18 remaining that vaulted the Panthers out to an early 8-6 advantage. The senior continued to carry the hot-hand in the first stanza, draining his third triple with 2:06 remaining to cap a 7-0 run and the Panthers enjoyed a 27-16 lead.

The Camels responded with a 5-0 run just before the break to pull within six. Bernier drained a three-ball with 10 seconds to go and the visitors had a 27-21 lead at the intermission.

In the second half, the Panthers opened up a 45-33 lead on Kyle Dudley's field goal with 11:40 remaining. The Camels answered with consecutive field goals. Dean Lampe put in a deuce and Bernier followed with a triple to make things interesting in a 45-38 contest with 9:07 to go.

Dudley drained a three-pointer with 8:12 remaining to push the Panther lead back to double digits in a 48-38 contest as the visitors were able to pull away for the 69-50 win.
