The Middlebury College women's golf team wrapped up its regular season with an impressive win at the Williams Spring Invitational. The Panthers won the two-day, nine-team event with a total of 671, followed by Williams (679) and Amherst (689). Middlebury will hope for an at-large bid to the NCAA Tournament when selections are announced on Monday.
Senior Karen Levin (Morton Grove, Ill.) led the team with a two-day total of 164, followed by first-year player Courtney Mazzei (Larkin Valley, Calif.) with a 166. Junior Julie Ellenberger (Concord, Mass.) was next for the Panthers with a 168, followed by rookie Jessica Bluestein (Tucson, Ariz.) with a 173, and first-year player Elizabeth Hirsch (New City, N.Y.) with a 203.
