5/1/05 - The Panther women's golf team turned in another strong performance last weekend as they picked up a win at the six-team Williams Spring Invitational. Middlebury came in with a 337, followed by Amherst (345) and Holy Cross (378).

Sophomore Heather Gallagher (Toronto, Ont.) shared medalist honors on the day, firing an 80 on the par 71 course. Next for the Panthers was first-year player Tory MacNeil (Massey, Ont.) in fifth place (84), followed by sophomore Allison Ortega (Clinton, N.Y.) in sixth (86). Placing seventh was sophomore Kerry Ortega (Clinton, N.Y.) with an 87, followed by rookie Karen Levin (Morton Grove, Ill.) with a 90, good for 10th place.
