10/8/04 - The Middlebury College men's cross country team competed in the all division New England Championships in Boston last weekend. The team finished 22nd overall in the 48-team race.

Leading the men was junior Garrott Kuzzy (Minneapolis, Minn.), who finished 55th overall in 25:54, 1:34 off the winning pace. Next for the Panthers was first-year racer James Butcher (Garden City, N.Y.) in 87th (26:28), followed by senior Nick Digani (Northfield, Ill) in 122nd place with a time of 26:54. Just behind him was junior Nolan Sandygren (Seattle, Wash.) in 123rd (26:56), followed by junior Matt Horesta (Pomptain Plains, N.J.) in 180th place in 27:39.
