Andrea Way joined the field hockey staff at Middlebury as a volunteer assistant coach in 2014.

AT MIDDLEBURY
  • 6x NCAA Championships (2015, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2021, 2022)
  • 5x NESCAC Championships (2017, 2018, 2019, 2021, 2022)
  • Helped lead the team to a perfect 22-0 season in 2022
  • Helped Middlebury become the first program to capture five-straight NCAA titles
  • Coached the 2022 Honda Division III Athlete of the Year
  • 3x NFHCA National Player of the Year (2018-19, 2021)
