The Middlebury field hockey team has enjoyed tremendous success recently, including eight NCAA Championships (2015, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024) in the last nine seasons. The Panthers have won nine NCAA titles overall in 24 tournament appearances, advancing to the championship game on 13 occasions. Middlebury became the first program to win four-consecutive national titles (2021), followed by a fifth consecutive and sixth-straight crown in 2022 and 2023, before achieving seven-consecutive championships in 2024.
The Panthers have won 10 NESCAC Championships, including six consecutive titles from 2017 to 2023, and have participated in the conference’s title game 15 times. The team has produced 58 All-Americans since 1991.
