Addie Chandler of the sixth-ranked Middlebury field hockey team has received NESCAC Player of the Week honors for the first time in her career.
 
HONOREE HIGHLIGHTS

• Chandler extended her scoring streak to four consecutive games as the Panthers took down a pair of ranked opponents for the second weekend in a row. 
• The sophomore scored the game-winning tally with 1:18 remaining in the third quarter to lead Middlebury to a 2-1 victory over #9 Bowdoin. 
• Against top-ranked and previously unbeaten Christopher Newport, Chandler tied for the team high with four shots on target and converted a late penalty stroke in overtime to seal a 1-0 victory. 
• The sophomore leads the squad with 13 points and is tied for the top spot among the NESCAC goal scorers with five.
• She has tallied five goals over the last four contests with three game winners.

Chandler and her teammates return to action on Saturday when they host Colby at 11:00 a.m.
