  • Middlebury looked for the equalizer in the 49th minute. Harder sent a long throw-in to a crowd that Pablo Gonzalez headed backwards to the right corner, but King jumped to his left to make the save.
  • Eduardo Casanova nearly leveled the match with 53:56 remaining, racing to a loose ball in the penalty box and sending a shot that sailed over the crossbar.
  • Bowdoin nearly added a second tally at the 61:30 mark. Adam Prince redirected a high bid from Tyler Huck that Waterman stopped.
  • With 19:22 left, Charlie Johnson sent a diving header for the right-side netting. King slid to his left to pluck the bid.
