Women's Squash Falls at Williams to Start Second Semester

The 15th-ranked Middlebury women's squash team began its second-semester action on the road, falling at 14th-ranked Williams by an 8-1 score on Saturday in the Simon Squash Center. The Panthers (2-2) return to action on Wednesday when they entertain #16 Amherst beginning at 1:00 p.m.

In the setback against the Ephs (3-6), Anne Glassie earned a five-game win at the #4 spot in the ladder over Ananya Mahalingam-Dhingra by scores of 11-8, 11-9, 9-11, 4-11 and 14-12. Natalie Madden earned a game in the fifth slot of the lineup, while Emily Beinkampen fell in a five-game match at #7. Williams claimed the other six matches, all in three games.
