Men's Golf Second After 18 Holes at NESCAC Championship

The Middlebury men's golf team sits in second place after 18 holes at the 2017 NESCAC Championship hosted by Williams at the Taconic Golf Club. Williams leads the four-team event with a 294, followed by Middlebury (299), Trinity (301) and Amherst (309). Action concludes on Sunday with 18 holes teeing off at 9:00 a.m.

Philippe Morin led the Panthers on day one, tying for third place with a two-over par 73. One stroke back was Jeffrey Giguere, who is tied for fourth place with a 74. Rodrigo Andrade and Joe Ko each carded a 76 to place ninth, while Reid Buzby rounded out the squad with a 78.
