Jack Mark tied with teammate Tucker Gongaware for the lowest 18-hole score of the Williams Fall Invitational (67).
The Middlebury men's golf team tied for sixth place with a 54-hole score of 903 at the Williams Fall Invitational. Pomona-Pitzer secured the team crown with a score of 877, while Trinity (888) and Babson (890) finished in the second and third spots, respectively.

HIGHLIGHTS
- Jack Mark shared 11th place to pace the Panther contingent, shooting a 221 (78-67-76). He totaled eight birdies during the three-round event and his 67 is a career low
- Trailing close behind was Tucker Gongaware, whose score of 225 (74-67-84) placed him in a tie with four other golfers for 15th place. His second-round score tied Mark for the lowest individual mark of the weekend.
- Jake Forrest climbed 14 spots over the final round to share 25th with Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute's (RPI) Zydon Yuan and Hartford's Griffin Lalonde (75-77-76). The Panther logged two or more birdies in each of his three trips across the 18.
- Akash Agarwal (75-76-79-230) and Logan Wang (79-84-83-246) rounded out the Middlebury five in the event.
NOTES
- The Panthers logged 34 birdies over the 54-hole invite, including 19 one-unders and an eagle during a sterling second round.
- Middlebury's combined mark of 287 in Saturday's nightcap tied for the third-best 18-hole score of the weekend.Â
