The Middlebury men's golf team hosted Williams and Trinity at the inaugural Ekwanok College Tournament held at the Ekwanok Country Club in Manchester, Vermont. Eight golfers participated for each team, with the top-five scores counting for each hole. Trinity edged out Williams for the Sap Bucket by the narrowest of margins (360-361), while the Panthers came in with a 372.
Middlebury's Reid Buzby took home medalist honors with a 73. Next for the Panthers was Rodrigo Andrade, who came in with a 78. Philippe Morin and Bennett Doherty each shot an 82, while David McDaniel came in with an 85. Ben Bichet (87), Joe Ko (92) and Graham Kenter (97) rounded out the Middlebury squad.
The tournament wrapped up the fall season for the Panthers, who will return to action in April.
