Box Score Middlebury bounced back from a loss to second-ranked Elmira with a 3-2 overtime win over #4 Gustavus Adolphus on Sunday to win the third-place game at the Panther/Cardinal Classic in Plattsburgh, New York. The fourth-ranked Panthers return to action on Saturday at Castleton.

With its goaltender pulled, Gustavus Adolphus tied the game with 39 seconds remaining when Lydia Wagner poked the puck into the back of the net after a scrum in the crease area.
Maddie Winslow scored the game-winner 1:09 into the extra session on a rebound after Elizabeth Wulf's initial shot had been saved.
Madeline Marsh made 36 saves to earn the win, while Lindsey Hibbard made 25 stops for the Golden Gusties. The Gusties held a 38-28 shots advantage in the game.
Winslow was named to the all-tournament team.
