The Panthers were honored for their work in the classroom by the AHCA.
The Middlebury women's ice hockey team saw nine players log American Hockey Coaches Association (AHCA)/Krampade All-American Scholar accolades. The Panthers are one of 53 teams across the Division II and III women's ice hockey landscape to have players named to the squad.
Eligible honorees must have maintained a 3.75 grade point average (GPA) or higher in each semester of competition and appeared in 40 percent of the team's contests.
Recent graduates Rachel Neyman, Meg Simon and Sophia Will received the accolade, while rising senior Bridget Gray joined the list. Rising juniors Zoë Bown, Olivia Gordon and Lauren Sobczak were also selected, while rising sophomores Alyssa Frazier and Susannah Ward closed out the Panther contingent.
Since the 2021-22 campaign, the team has had 62 players earn AHCA/Krampade All-American Scholar distinction. The full list of this year's honorees can be found here.
