Indoor Track With Solid Results At Wesleyan

The Panther indoor track teams were in action again last weekend, taking part in the Wesleyan Invitational. Twelve different athletes qualified for New England's with several impressive performances at the meet. First-year athlete Emily Dodge (Auburn, Maine) won the long jump (15'6.25") and triple jump (34'1.5"), while sophomore Marc Delaney (Wading River, N.Y.) earned a victory in the weight throw (40'3.25").

Sophomore John Montroy (Mahwah, N.Y.) earned a win in the 55 meter hurdles (8.01), junior Addison Godine (Milton, Mass.) captured the 600 (1:27.41), junior Jack Terrett (Sherborn, Mass.) won the 3000 (9:05.59), while junior Adam Dede (West Chester, Ohio) took the pole vault (14').

Sophomore Mia Martinez (Ridgewood, N.J.) picked up a win in the 55 meter hurdles (9.10) for the women, sophomore Rebecca Fanning (Ipswich, Mass.) captured the 600 (1:40.50), while junior Kaitlynn Saldanha (Scarborough, Maine) was a winner in the 1000 (3:08.69). Also earning victories were first-year athlete Grace Doering (Darien, Conn.) in the high jump (4'11.75") and junior Amanda Lee (Lincoln, Neb.) in the 300 (10:55.47).
