Salem State captured the 26th annual Duke Nelson Golf Tournament hosted by Middlebury College at the Ralph Myhre Golf Course. After shooting a 309 under great conditions on day one, the Vikings came back with a 297 on day two, despite wet conditions. Salem ended with a 606, 13 strokes ahead of Trinity (619), followed by Middlebury (621) and Manhattanville (622). Nick Antonelli of Salem State captured medalist honors with a 75 and 70 on the par 71 course.
Jim Levins led the Panthers with a 10 over par 152, placing him in a tie for fifth place. Billy Prince shot a 75 on day two for a 155, followed by a 158 from Jesse Keenan. Just a stroke behind was Ben Kunofsky (159) as was Andrew Emerson (160).
