The Panther women's volleyball team advanced to the semifinals of the NESCAC Tournament with a 3-2 win over Colby at Williams. Trailing two sets to one, Middlebury came back with a 35-33 win in set number four, and then won the fifth and deciding set, 19-17. The Panthers advanced to take on Williams, a 3-0 winner over Wesleyan, in the semifinals on Saturday at 1:00 p.m.

Katy Hicks led the Middlebury offense with 15 kills, while Lacee Patterson and Lexi Fisher added 13 apiece. Jamie Wong collected 42 digs on defense, while Laurie Wollin handed out 39 assists.
