Middlebury improved its record to 7-0 as they scored three first half goals to pick up a 4-0 win over Keene State. This ties the best start to a season for the Panthers since the '98 NCAA Championship team opened the year at 7-0.
Channing Weymouth opened the scoring just 3:10 into the game as she took a nice feed from Missy Krempa after a penalty corner and converted. Krempa scored a goal of her own at 21:35 as she blasted home a shot from the outside. Ashley Lyddane made it a 3-0 game as she snapped a shot high into the cage with 3:05 left in the first half. Weymouth scored her second of the game, and the second half's only goal with 4:25 remaining.
Meg McGillen made five saves in goal for the shutout, while Michelle Codding made eight stops for Keene State.
