Mark Sienko joined the women’s soccer coaching staff in the summer of 2015 as an assistant. A local product from Shelburne, Vermont, Sienko has extensive soccer experience as both player and coach. 
 
Alongside head coach Peter Kim, he has helped guide the team to a NESCAC title (2018), a pair of NCAA Regional titles (2016 & 2018) and an NCAA Championship contest appearance in 2018.
 
Following high school, Sienko trained with Coleraine FC in Northern Ireland and played professionally in Poland for Stal Rzeszow ZKS for a year. He returned to the United States to earn his bachelor’s degree at the University of Vermont where he played on the club soccer team.
 
After graduation in 2011, he coached several age groups at the Nordic Soccer Club for several years. In the summer of 2018, Sienko was named the Director of Operations and U10-U12 Boy’s Director at Queen City FC.
 
He holds an USSF “D” License and an NSCAA Premier Diploma.
