Noelle Ruschil '22 joined the softball staff as an assistant coach in July 2022. The 2022 graduate returns to coach the Panthers after a stellar career donning the blue and white. Ruschil was the program’s first All-American and CoSIDA Academic All-American and broke three school records during her final season at Middlebury.
