Eight Panthers garnered all-region accolades, highlighted by six on the first team.
Eight members of the top-ranked Middlebury women's lacrosse team earned a place on the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) Pilgrim All-Region team.

Elizabeth Savage each landed a spot on the first team.

Macy Sweeny closed out the contingent with second-team accolades.

- Adams (First Team)
- Adams claimed a first-team nod for the third-straight season.
- The senior became the fourth Panther in a row to earn NESCAC Offensive Player of the Year since the award was split into offensive and defensive categories in 2023.Â
- The first-team all-conference selection paces the league in points (98), goals (61), free-position tallies per game (1.05) and draw controls (105). She slots third among conference peers with 37 assists.
- Adams became the program's record holder in draws won earlier this spring and enters the NCAA Tournament regional with 457.
- The captain is five points away from fifth place in Middlebury's career ranks, while she sits in a tie for fifth in the assist category.
- Bishop (First Team)
- Bishop logs her initial all-region selection.
- She recently earned All-NESCAC honors for the first time with a spot on the top team.
- She ranks second in the navy and white and third among league foes with 88 draw controls.
- Bishop is fifth on the Panther career list with 223 draw victories. Her 88 triumphs this season are fifth.
- She became the sixth player in program history to surpass 200 draw controls during the squad's win on April 15.
- Hamilton (First Team)
- The Panther has been named an all-regional selection for the first time.Â
- She secured her initial praises with a spot on the All-NESCAC Second Team.
- Hamilton slots second on the team in goals (52) and points (60).Â
- She has posted a pair of six-point efforts, wrinkling the nylon six times in wins over St. Lawrence and Franklin & Marshall.
- Hamilton has tallied a hat trick in 11 contests during the campaign.
- Lach (First Team)
- Lach secured a spot on the all-region list for the second time in a Middlebury uniform, moving up from a second-team nod last spring.Â
- For the first time in her career, she garnered All-NESCAC Second Team honors.
- The senior is versatile in the scoring zone, ranking third with 59 points, 38 goals and 21 assists.Â
- Lach has tallied four or more points in six contests, including six (3G, 3A) against St. John Fisher in the second round of the NCAA Tournament.
- Lach is on the precipice of the 100-goal plateau as a Panther, entering the regional round with 99.
- Messer (First Team)
- Messer earns a place on the regional team for the second straight year and tallies her initial spot on the first squad.
- The defender has started all 19 games this season.
- She paces the team with 52 ground balls and 40 caused turnovers.
- Messer bolsters a backline that ranks atop Division III in scoring defense, allowing just 5.05 goals per game.
- The Panther is third in Middlebury's record books with 146 career rollers, while her 85 caused turnovers are sixth.
- Savage (First Team)
- This is the first time that Savage has earned a spot on the all-region team.
- The Panther paces Division III with a 5.02 goals against average (GAA).
- She has started every game for Middlebury this spring and tied her career high earlier this season with 10 saves on March 28.
- Savage holds a 36-0 record over her career, highlighted by a 19-0 mark this spring.
- Giuriceo (Second Team)
- This is Giuriceo's first all-region honor.Â
- The defender is fourth on the squad with 19 caused turnovers, while her 22 groundballs are fifth.
- She has started every contest on a defensive unit that has allowed just one team to score double-digit goals.
- The Panther enters the NCAA Third Round with 36 career rollers.
- Sweeny (Second Team)
- Sweeny secured a place on the all-region squad for the initial time.Â
- The sophomore has had a strong season, tallying 20 groundballs and 16 caused turnovers.
- Sweeny has also been part of a defensive unit that has 10 or more caused turnovers in 15 contests.
- She has accumulated 36 rollers and caused 26 turnovers over her career.
The Panthers return to Peter Kohn Field on Saturday at 11:30 a.m. to take on #18 Rowan in the third round of the NCAA Tournament.
