The Middlebury men's soccer team was honored for its commitment to the classroom, earning the United Soccer Coaches Team Academic Award. The Panthers posted a cumulative team grade point average (GPA) of 3.71 during the 2024-25 academic year.

Middlebury is one of 304 institutions across the NCAA's three divisions to earn the award. Eight NESCAC programs were recognized, with each holding a 3.62 GPA or higher. It marks the 14th time in the last 16 years that the Panthers have been recognized.

Last fall, Middlebury had 22 players lauded with NESCAC All-Academic recognition. Additionally, Luke Madden and Gavin Randolph were named College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-America selections.

To be eligible for the honor, a program must record a GPA of 3.00 or higher during the academic year.
