Members of the Middlebury women's indoor track and field team traveled to Massachusetts on Saturday to compete in the Tufts National Qualifying Meet.

HIGHLIGHTS

• Macy Daggitt competed in Saturday's long jump, earning runner-up honors with a leap of 5.54 meters.
• The distance medley relay (DMR) team of Naomi Atwood, Mary Elliot, Elle Thompson and Bea Parr posted a third-place time of 11:48.33. That clocking ranks fifth in Division III.
• Zoe Wang finished fifth with a mark of 3.53 meters in the pole vault.

NOTES

• Daggitt also competed in the long jump at the Open New England Championships on Friday. She hit the sand with the sixth-best leap covering 5.49m.

Selections for the NCAA Indoor Championship will be announced on NCAA.com on Sunday, March 9 in the evening. This year's championships will take place March 14-15 at the Golisano Training Center in Rochester, New York.
