The Panthers featured a balanced offensive output with three players tallying double figures and 12 finding the scoring column.
HIGHLIGHTS
- The Panthers raced out to a 10-point lead in the initial 3:33 of the opening half on a three-point field goal by Tristan Joseph.
- The Hawks answered with six-straight points over the next 1:18 of action on shots from beyond the arc by Donovan Cola and Enzo Caceres-Roussel to pull within four (12-8) with 15:15 remaining.
- Middlebury responded with 10 of the next 12 points, grabbing a 22-10 advantage on a layup from David Brennan.
- The visitors' lead continued to grow as a bucket by Ian Murray at the 4:05 mark pushed the edge to 16 (35-19).
- Hunter sliced the deficit to single digits at 37-28 on a Caceres-Roussel three with 1:55 showing on the clock.
