The opening day of action is complete at the 2014 USTA/ITA men's tennis regional hosted by Middlebury College. Two rounds of singles action has whittled the field down from 64 to 16 players remaining heading into Saturday morning's play. In doubles competition, the tournament began with 32 pairings and is now at 16 heading into Saturday.
