Jake Charles scored two goals, including the game-winner in overtime to lift Middlebury (3-0-1, 3-0-1) to a 5-4 overtime win at Connecticut College (0-4, 0-4) on Saturday afternoon. The Panthers pick up four road points on the weekend after a win over Tufts on Friday, and will return to action after Thanksgiving at the PrimeLink Great Northern Shootout hosted by Plattsburgh.

Charles scored the game-winner with 1:04 remaining in the extra session, taking a pass from Robbie Donahoe in the slot area for the visitors. Charles has accounted for four goals and five assists to lead the Panthers with nine points.

Louis Belisle, Max Greenwald and George Ordway supplied goals for the visitors while Derek Pimentel dished out a pair of assists. Michael Peters finished with 11 saves in goal.

Connecticut College's JC Cangelosi scored twice for the hosts. Greg Liautaud and Kevin Reich chipped in with two point outings for the Camels with both players registering a goal and an assist in the contest. Tom Conlin finished with 33 saves in goal.

Middlebury carried a 3-2 advantage after one and was clinging to a 4-3 edge as they headed into the second intermission. With 50.6 seconds left in regulation, Liataud connected with Cangelosi near the left circle as he rifled home the equalizer.

Both teams were sent to the sin bin in the overtime. Middlebury skated off its infraction. With 2:03 remaining, the Camels were assessed a two-minute minor. Donahoe made a nice feed from the blue line and Charles was able to find some open netting from the slot to put in the game-winner.

Middlebury held a 38-15 advantage in shots, going 3-6 on the power play.
