Middlebury men's tennis players took part in the 2011 NCAA Tennis singles and doubles championships hosted by Claremont and Pomona-Pitzer in California. In singles play, Andrew Peters advanced to the round of eight with a 6-0, 6-7, 6-3 victory over Andrew Giuffrida of Cal Lutheran in the first round. In the quarters on Saturday, Peters was defeated 6-2, 6-2 by Dylan Pottish of Emory. The Panther doubles team of Peters and Brantner Jones were eliminated in the round of 16 on Friday with a 6-2, 6-4 loss to Pereverzin/Wu of Claremont.
