The Middlebury men's tennis team earned a pair of road victories over NESCAC opponents in Maine over the weekend. The top-ranked Panthers (14-1) picked up a 5-4 win over #14 Bowdoin, before topping #21 Bates, 9-0. Middlebury returns to action when they host Skidmore and Williams this weekend.
Middlebury led Bowdoin 2-1 after doubles play, with the team eventually clinching the match on a 6-2, 6-4 straight set win at #1 singles by senior Andrew Peters.
