Middlebury won its fifth straight match, picking up a 3-0 (25-20, 23-25, 25-18, 25-20) win over St. Michael's in Pepin Gym on Saturday afternoon. Caitlin Barrett set a new school record with 48 digs in the match, breaking the old record of 44 held by Olivia Minkhorst in '06.

Julia Gibbs had a big match with 17 kills and a hitting percentage of .406, to go along with 10 digs and two service aces. Jane Handel added 13 kills and 17 digs in the victory, while Megan Jarchow chipped in with nine kills. Lauren Barrett had 45 assists in the win, while Caroline Cordle added 15 digs.
