Men's Swimming Races At NESCACs

The Middlebury College men's swimming and diving team took part in the NESCAC Championships hosted by Wesleyan over the weekend. The Panthers finished the event in sixth place with 781 points, as Williams (1775), Tufts (1538) and Amherst (1364) comprised the top three.

Senior Kevin O'Rourke (Chagrin Falls, Ohio) had an amazing day for the Panthers, setting three school records and earning five top-five finishes. O'Rourke finished second in the 200 free, setting a new school record with a time of 1:38.22, while also placing second in the 100 free (45.30). The senior earned a fifth place finish in the 500 free, earning a school-best time of 4:31.56, while also being a part of two key relay teams.
