Middlebury moved to 12-2 on the season as they handed Williams a 5-2 loss on their own courts on Wednesday. The win is the fifth straight for the Panthers over the Ephs, including a 4-3 win in the '04 NCAA Championship match.

Middlebury trailed 1-0 early after dropping two of three doubles matches. In singles play, the Panthers dropped just one match as Nate Edmunds was defeated 6-7, 6-3, 6-0 in the #2 slot. Brian Waldron, George Mayer and Alex Scott each won in straight sets, while Ari Beilin and Conrad Olson each dropped the first set before battling back to win the next two.
