10/16/05 - The Panther men's tennis team was in action last week as they took part in a pair of friendly matches against Boston College and Boston University. B.C. won 10 of 12 matches played, while Middlebury took 11 of 12 contests from B.U.
In Florida, senior Nate Edmunds (Birmingham, Mich.) was competing in the ITA National Small College Tennis Championships. Edmunds won his quarterfinal match by a score of 6-0, 7-6, before falling in the semifinals 4-6, 6-3, 6-4.
