1/18/05 - Middlebury fell to 7-7 on the season as a late comeback fell short at Union, as the Panthers fell 62-54. Union came out strong, taking a 17-7 lead that grew to 31-12 with 3:54 left in the first half. Middlebury cut the lead to 15 at the half and came within 10 at 40-30 with 17:02 left in the second half. Union came right back with a run to take a 17-point lead with 9:17 remaining. The Panthers answered with a 13-2 run to cut the lead to 53-50 with 4:55 remaining in the game. That's as close as Middlebury would come as Union hung on to pick up the win.

Micaela McVary led Middlebury with 14 points, while Elyse Carlson added 13.
